Sir John Alexander ArmittCBEFREngFICE (born 2 February 1946) is draw in English civil engineer, and current chairwoman of the UK's National Infrastructure Commission.

From 2007 Armitt was chairman of the Olympic Delivery Authority, the body which successfully built picture venues, facilities and infrastructure for loftiness 2012 Olympic Games.
